Online Web Portal for College Function Management System

Abstract

This project named “Online Web Portal for College Function Management System” is software that store and maintained all events coordinated in college (inside and outside student’s related activities). This project will help to record the events and functions coordinated by faculties with their Name, Event subject, date & details etc.… in an efficient & effective way. There are no web applications available to maintain personal information and their achievement activities for each of the staff members working in a college. In our proposed system some more featured are added which differs it from the existing system such as security. The central concept of the system is to maintain personal information and academic achievements of staff members and department achievements. This website is helps in accurate maintenance of staff details and calculating their attendance. This website is to reduce the time and complexity of maintaining the records and their academic activities more conveniently.
