Implementation of the Zachman Framework in Designing an Inventory Management System at the Food Security, Marine and Agriculture Office of DKI Jakarta

Abstract
The management of inventory goods is very important to have high agency accountability, accountability will ensure the implementation of budget absorption, administration of receipt, storage and expenditure of goods runs efficiently and effectively to improve services to the community. The provision of goods carried out by technical fields at the Food Security, Marine and Agriculture Service must be coordinated by the secretariat, for this reason, it is necessary to integrate the implementation so that there are no differences in reporting. The use of applications needs to be utilised to ensure integration is carried out properly. To overcome these actual issues, it is necessary to develop and implement an appropriate, clear and real accountability system so that the implementation of inventory management can take place in a transparent, accurate and accountable manner. Therefore, the implementation of the Zachman Framework is carried out in designing the Inventory Management System at the DKI Jakarta Food Security, Marine and Agriculture Service. The inventory management application of the Food Security, Marine and Agriculture Service will help account for the administration of receiving, storing and issuing consumable goods. Consumables purchased through the procurement process will be recorded by each technical field to the system, thus the receipt process will run automatically and Stock Opname can be done in real time.
