Abstract

The rise of e-commerce has presented traditional brick-and-mortar retailers with a formidable challenge, as the increasing prominence of online shopping has eroded customer loyalty and diminished in-store foot traffic. The rapid growth of e-commerce has posed significant challenges for traditional brick-and-mortar retailers. This research paper examines the key trends and innovations in e-commerce and explores the adaptation strategies that traditional retailers can employ to remain competitive in the evolving retail landscape.
