DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF IOT ENABLED GRASS CUTTER POWERED BY SOLAR PV SYSTEM

Abstract
The design and implementation of an innovative IoT-Sproposed solution addresses the growing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly landscaping equipment. The grass cutter incorporates IoT technology to enable remote monitoring and control, providing users with real-time data on performance, energy consumption, and operational status. The solar PV system serves as the primary power source, promoting environmental sustainability and reducing reliance on conventional energy. The integration of IoT enables users to remotely schedule and monitor grass cutting activities through a user-friendly interface. Additionally, the system includes intelligent features such as automated charging optimization, ensuring the grass cutter remains operational during daylight hours. Key components of the research include the design of a robust and efficient solar PV system, development of a communication interface for IoT integration, and implementation of smart functionalities for enhanced user experience. The system's performance is evaluated in real-world scenarios, considering factors such as energy efficiency, reliability, and overall effectiveness in grass cutting operations.
